The new generation multi-stage space challenge. Blast wave after wave of aliens as they dive bomb your fighter spaceship.
Instructions: You are in control of the spaceship at the bottom of the screen. Formations of alien ships will fly into the screen. Once all the enemy spacecraft have entered the screen they will take turns flying towards and shooting at your spaceship. You have to shoot them before they shoot or crash into your fighter.
Controls: To start the game click on the game window with your mouse and then hit your spacebar. Use you left and right arrow keys to move your fighter from side to side. And fire with your space bar.
Popular Culture: Galaga makes an appearance in the 1982 MGM movie WarGames and more recently the ABC series Lost features a submarine named Galaga in reference to the game. A Galaga Christmas Ornament
